Cameron's sister Caitlin got married!

First, I want to say that I will never, ever, ever, ever take a drive halfway across the country with kids ever again. We decided to leave Thursday night and drive thru the night. We decided to do this, thinking that the kids would sleep and we could sleep and switch off driving. What fools we were. Brooks slept on and off, and Emma never slept. Cameron couldn't get to sleep due to our kids being so loud and the fact that Shrek 2 was played over and over again. I was able to drive until about 4:00 a.m., and then Cam took the wheel. He wasn't able to get very far though, and we had to stop about 6:00 a.m. in Clinton, Oklahoma. We paid for a room that we slept in for 4 hours. Emma still wouldn't sleep, and we just turned on Nick for her so that we could sleep. She kept wanting to leave the room, and would get upset when the chain would prevent her from leaving. She started crying at one point, and was so loud that we were afraid that we were going to be asked to leave.

We didn't get good sleep, and about 10:00 a.m. we were off again. Well we got about 20 minutes into the drive, and I realized that I forgot my cell phone at the hotel. We turned around and had to go get it. So that was a wasted 40 minutes. Emma still hadn't slept at this point, and we didn't reach AZ until around 11:00 p.m.  Emma still hadn't slept, so we gave her some Children's Tylenol and she crashed. Coming home wasn't very easy either, but we left Arizona around 9:00 a.m., and stop in Amarillo, Texas for the night. Then the next day we drove again and didn't reach St. Louis until 8:00 p.m. It was just the pits. I am glad that we had a blast once we reached Arizona. Cam's sister Whitney was an outstanding host. We loved staying at her house. Well that is about all.

We had such a good time in Arizona. Take a look at my slide show. Here are a couple of pictures of the bride and groom. They looked so happy, and I wish that I was as calm on my wedding day. I wish that I would have taken more pictures of the decorations, but they were goergeous. Here is the link to what the pieces looked like. It is called Not your mother's wedding. Everything was just beautiful. Anyways, here are some pics.

Filler

Hey everyone!

Well, sorry once again for not posting anything. I kept meaning too, I just didn't have anything to say. We all got sick at our house, and let me tell you trying to keep a two year old in a house for a week was torture. I didn't want to get anyone else sick, and we all had fevers and coughs and snotty noses. It was great fun. Well after we got better, I had to start packing to go to Arizona for my Sister-In-Law's wedding. Trying to pack for all of us was interesting. I didn't think that I would need all the stuff I packed. I felt like we were moving instead of just leaving for a week and a half.

I wanted to explain the poll a little bit. I got an email from and ex's Sister-In-Law asking if I was single. I guess my ex is still single. Anyway, I was curious and looked him up on Myspace. I decided to just write and say hi to see what he was up to. Anyways, no response. I know this is so stupid, but I was a little annoyed that he didn't respond back. It just made me mad, and so I wanted to tell him off. Thus the poll. Juvenile you say? Yes, it was. One of those days I guess.

We are having a lot of fun in Arizona, and I will post a bunch of pictures when we get back into town. I am so excited to go back and experience a fall in Missouri. I LOVE fall. Halloween, here I come.
