Well hello again everyone,
I just thought that I would start off by saying, "I hate moving." I keep telling Cameron over and over again that I will never move again pregnant. I can't lift anything, and now that the Braxton Hicks have started, I am even more limited sometimes. Who knows when those things are going to kick in. I have also never been so tired in my life.
We arrived in St. Louis on November 13th, and it was a beautiful fall day. We had the movers come in on Wednesday, and trying to get Emma to stay out of the way was hard. We had to take shifts with who was going to tell movers where to put things, and who was going to watch Emma. We finally got everything in, and I did get Emma's room pretty much settled before we went to bed that night. Thankfully, she slept well.
Cameron's parents came the next day to help us unpack. We did get a lot done on the first day. We did get a lot done over the course of the weekend, but we also played. On Friday, we went to the St. Louis Zoo, which is free. If was very chilly that day, but I have to admit, I saw more animals in an hour than I ever have at almost any other zoo. Here is a picutre.
We also went to a place called http://www.magichouse.org/. It was really fun. I think I had just about as much fun as Emma did. Here is another picture.
Rod and Loa left really early on Monday morning. We were all sad to have them go, and I have already been homesick. Everything is going great, and I almost have everything the way that I want it just in time for the Holidays.
Thanksgiving was great! We were invited to Nick and Allison's for dinner. It was wonderful! The food was good and so was the company. I am grateful that we have such wonderful friends. I was still homesick for family, especially my own but we will hopefully see family soon. We are going to play host to the missionaries for Christmas. There are two sets of missionaries in our area, so I will have four hungry Elders. I swear they look younger and younger every time I see them. And I know that is because I get older and older as days go by. Well, we love everyone, and I will post soon.
