OUCH!

On Sunday we took Emma out for a walk to get some wiggles out. Well, she offically recieved her first battle wounds as a toddler. She has had some bumps and bruises, but this was her first real injury. She fell down pretty hard, and Cameron had to carry her about 3 blocks to avoid getting blood everywhere. It didn't help either that she didn't have a nap that day either. She has been milking it for all it is worth ever since Sunday. She keeps pointing to her knees and saying, "Hurt." I think being an Owens she has a lot to look forward to in regards to injuries.

Yes, once they figure out how to milk it your life gets a little more interesting. Kids sure are resilient, though, aren't they? Kennedy just had an infectious blister of sorts lanced and sewn up on her molar and she hasn't complained once. I would probably have been crying. We miss you guys. Thanks for the birthday card.

Nothing quite as fun as an child dealing with pain. And just wait! Soon you will have TWO of them!!!

BTW, thanks for dropping me from your list of blogs. See if you guys get to come over anymore!!
